How Our Book Fairs Work
Scheduling and Agreement

- Book Fair business hours: Monday to Friday
- Select order deadline: Sunday or Friday midnight following the School Fair Completion
- Schedule pickup or delivery
- Sign Book Fair Agreement

Promotion and Fair Details
- Receive a digital school poster to print and display in your school.
- Distribute the digital flyer in your class on the first day of the school fair.
- Orders will take place through the website using a school coupon code.
- A shipping option will send all orders directly to your school.
- A flat-rate packing and shipping fee of $2.00 will apply to each order.
- School orders will be packaged and shipped in a single shipment within 7–10 business days after the order deadline.
- Prepare your fair setup. CEB will provide book displays, table runners, and risers. Please arrange 3–4 tables with tablecloths in a common area.

5% Credit
On book sales from $1,500 to $2,500
7% Credit
On book sales from $2,501 to $5,000

On book sales of $5,000 or more
Returning Exhibition Books
Local School Fairs
School volunteers can return the exhibition package to our Abbotsford location. Optionally, school orders can be picked up at the same time.
Out-of-Town School Fairs
If School Fair is out of town, please ship display and provide tracking within one week.
