We’ve also clarified the goal of the Judicial Address, the role of the Prosecution, and the role of the Defense. Changes to the workbook include special attention to the burden of the Prosecution as well as refining the Refutation, Narratio, and Exordium in the Judicial Address.

These videos provide additional teaching instruction for the Lost Tools of Writing Level 2. There’s a video for every lesson, one video each week, about 10-15 minutes each.
